The Goose that Laid the Golden Egg

A farmer went to the nest of his goose to look for an egg. To his surprise, he found a golden egg. He look the egg and hurried home to show his wife. Everyday after that, the goose laid a golden egg. The farmer was very happy an soon became a rich man but he also became greedy. He thought that if he killed the goose, he would find all of her treasures at once. So he killed and cut her open. Inside of her, he found nothing.
